I was getting tired of the monolithic blueness that was the "Denim" template. I did like its clean lines from the beginning and the fact that the fonts were easy to read.
It took me a while to find a similarly clean layout in a light and pretty template that looked great in all major browsers and still reflected our blog title well. Also, any sort of color photo should look good in it.
This is called "Dream", in XML code for the New Blogger, by Finalsense.com. I tweaked it a little bit to fit my taste.

Beautiful template! Very serene!
Thanks very much, Gene and Liz! Actually every time I visit your blogs I'd see something new and I used to wish things were a bit more organized on my side of the frog pond. For some reason I couldn't sleep last night and did some housekeeping.
One day I will learn how to make my own banner and tweak xml! Code is just another kind of pattern!
I'm taking a break from needlecraft for a day or so (or until I can't bear being away from the WIPs).
love your site...it's clean...minamalist like me, am also looking for some templates, will the link you shared.
Hi Jinky,
I realized after a while that for the colors of the projects to come out, white really works :)
